Janet Milner-Walker is a beauty expert, she is the founder of Bespoke Advantage, a brand management company working with clients across the beauty, spa, and wellness sector to develop their brands from ‘concept to shelf’, she writes for publications on the topics of beauty and wellness. She guest lectures at universities on the topic of marketing and she speaks at industry events.
Having spent over twenty years developing and launching products to market, Janet knows a thing or two about building a beauty and wellness brand from the ground up. She has an MA in Strategic Marketing from Kingston University, a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, and over the course of her career she has built up a wealth of experience working for contract manufacturers, beauty brands, retailers, travel retailers and distributors in the UK, Dubai, and South Africa.
In her former corporate career Janet held positions as Global Product Director for Crabtree & Evelyn; Head of Beauty Buying & Merchandising for Al Tayer Group in Dubai, and senior buying and beauty product development positions for M&S, Boots, Body Shop and The Heinemann Group. Her desire to help people to create a positive impact across this industry, led her to founding Bespoke Advantage in 2017. Since then, she has become an authority in the world of beauty, with her credibility built around her ability to support and shine a light on brands that are truly creating products to be talked about.
