Training Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the delivery of training, workshops, or educational services (“Training Services”) provided by Emerald40 Ltd t/a Bespoke Advantage® (“Bespoke Advantage (“we”, “us”, “our”) to individuals or businesses (“you”, “your”, “Client”).
By booking and attending any of our Training Services, you confirm your agreement to comply with these Terms in full.
1. Booking and Payment
- Training Services must be booked via our official channels (e.g., website, booking form, or email) and are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

- We reserve the right to cancel or decline any booking at our discretion, including where payment has not been received within the required timeframe.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

- Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy. As a general rule, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- In the event we cancel a training session, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
3. Transfers and Substitutions
- Requests to transfer your booking to another date must be received at least 14 working days before the scheduled training session. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- You may substitute a different attendee, provided you notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the training and the replacement meets any eligibility criteria.
- If you fail to attend without notice, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
4. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the Training Services (including slides, recordings, templates, and handouts) remain the intellectual property of Emerald40 Ltd t/a Bespoke Advantage® (“Bespoke Advantage unless stated otherwise.
- You may use the materials for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
5. Participant Expectations
- We expect participants to behave in a professional, respectful manner at all times. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Participation in any group or virtual training environment is subject to our community guidelines, which must be adhered to at all times.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the training.
- We will not disclose your personal or business information without your prior consent, except where required by law.
7. Training Outcomes and Disclaimers
- While our training is designed to offer valuable learning and practical strategies, we make no guarantees as to specific business outcomes or results.
- Success depends on your individual application, business context, and follow-through.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Training Services.
8. Technology and Access
- For online training sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (e.g., internet connection, Zoom or webinar access, functioning audio/visual).
- We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent you from participating fully.
- Access to recordings or replay materials (if included) is typically limited to a defined period, stated at the time of training.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during the booking and delivery of Training Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service.
10. Amendments and Updates
- We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
- Your continued use of our Training Services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
