Over the past two decades, I have worked across the beauty industry as it has evolved from product-led innovation into a global industry shaped by wellbeing, identity, consumer trust, and cultural change.

With over twenty years of experience developing and launching beauty and wellness products to market, Janet brings deep end-to-end expertise in brand building, product development, and international retail strategy.
She holds an MA in Strategic Marketing from Kingston University and a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, complemented by extensive experience across contract manufacturing, brand development, retail, travel retail, and distribution in the UK, Dubai, and South Africa.
Her corporate career includes senior leadership roles such as Global Product Director at Crabtree & Evelyn and Head of Beauty Buying & Merchandising at Al Tayer Group in Dubai, alongside senior buying and product development positions at Marks & Spencer, Boots, The Body Shop, and The Heinemann Group.
In 2017, she founded Bespoke Advantage to support beauty and wellness brands in building commercially strong, strategically positioned businesses with the potential to scale internationally.
