I’m Janet Milner-Walker, founder of the BeautytoLife Business Club. I created this space to support beauty founders as they transform their innovative ideas into impactful brands, drawing upon more than 20 years working across the global beauty industry.

My background includes senior roles with Marks & Spencer, Boots, The Body Shop, and Harvey Nichols, followed by the launch of my consultancy, Bespoke Advantage, where I’ve worked alongside beauty and wellness brands as they launch, grow, and expand internationally.
